Poor quality NEED REFUND!

Unfortunately I am disappointed with this order because it was not what I saw on the website the flowers arrived withered and they were not enough flowers were very few the truth is that I do not buy again with this company and I demand a refund! Very expensive for the quality of the product, terrible service. I spend $97.62 for this?

I placed an order for a beautiful large $85 Lavender Bouquet but got a cheap crappy non- lavender item worth $12 at Walmart. This was from a place in Palm Coast, FL…Shari's Berries who contracts with/through this company. I called customer service and informed them that what was ordered was not what was received so they sent a second bouquet free of charge and it was the same as the first bouquet. I will NEVER order from them again. What I got compared to what I ordered…not even close! 1st picture what was ordered 2nd picture is what was delivered. Never again.

My daughter ordered me a gift basket from here the order was supposed to be delivered to me while I was at work we closed at 6:00 I got home she asked if I had received it I never got it she called and they told her they have until 7:00 how are you going to deliver to my location if we are closed? Then told her she has to wait on refund if she doesn't get her money back I will be reporting the better business bureau

False information to customer

On September 26 th I ordered an arrangement for my mothers birthday to be delivered September 28 th. First time I ever ordered one of these. The day came and I tracked my order all day. Even called my mother and told her something was being delivered and if someone called she didn't know to answer the phone. They stop delivering at 8 pm and at 7:25 pm I looked at my app and it said attempted to deliver. So I called my mother and asked if anyone called her phone and she didn't recognize the number and didn't answer. She and my sister said no. I got on chat with this place and said " hey where's my order. First she says the services wants to know if they can deliver tomorrow, after I said no I want it delivered. She said I can give you 50% off your order and a $20 pass. I said no. Then she tells me they don't have a driver. I said then why does my app say they attempted to deliver it. She just kept saying I am sorry for your I convince. I said that doesn't get my mother her gift, why does your app say that if you didn't have a driver in the first place? She couldn't answer that question even though I pushed harder. Rotten people, I will NEVER do business with them EVER again. Horrible tiny little arrangement

Surprisingly Perfect

After reading all the negative reviews, I really thought that I was going to have problems with my order. The only problems I experienced were because I had incorrectly put the delivery address in as residence when it was a business, and that business was actually closed for Yom Kippur. I reached out to fruit bouquets.com and they gladly sent a message over to the shop regarding the business and rescheduled my delivery for the next day. I was completely satisfied with the arrangement and heard it was a big hit at the office. Thank you.

Horrible customer service

I ordered a fruit arrangement for a colleague on Sept 25,2023, and it was delayed until today and was told it was going to be delivered in the morning but still has yet to be delivered. Needless to say, this is a horrible experience and I definitely do not recommend this business.

These people, let me tell you are crooked as they come. Their delivery system is a joke I had a gift coming from my aunt through this company they attempted delivery at 9:30pm. Who in their right mind deliveries that late? No one. We tried to get a refund, they told us an attempt to deliver at 9:30 is concerned delivered and there's nothing they could do there was no refund these people are a typical trash company. Don't order from them please don't.

I ordered a fruit bouquet for Mother's Day and was told it'd probably get delivered a day before (spoiler alert: it didn't). It never arrived on Mother's Day either, I got a false "delivered" notification to which they said "We do that just because it's a busy holiday" and by the end of the day when it still didn't show, I was told it would arrive "as soon as possible" to which I assumed would be the next day (the 15th) and it never did. Then I was told it would arrive the day after (the 16th), but by then I didn't want it, just wanted a refund, to which they refused and said I had to accept the delivery. I spoke to about 4-5 different customer service agents and still, they refused to give me my money back and were forcing me to accept the delivery. The item did arrive on the 16th, they left it on my doorstep when no one was home (which a signature was required and the weather was sweltering), therefore the item was ruined and not consumable. Unfortunately, I used Klarna to pay for this item and Klarna won't back me up on my claim even with all the evidence to prove it so they're forcing me to pay. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY USE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS INSTEAD

Highly Upset! My mother never received her fruit bouquet for her birthday apparently the driver got into some incident and the order was unable to be delivered. No one never called or email me about the change or letting me know that the order was not going to be delivered. I call to get a refund and customer care hang up on me. When I finally was able to speak to someone about my refund, I was told that it would take up to 10 business days to have my money returned to my account. Utter Disgrace. Please avoid this site at all cost.

Ordered a birthday bouquet only for it to never arrive. They didn't even ring the doorbell, and when they I called they refused to deliver the package even after telling them to try calling again. When I called days after they hung up on me and refused to call back. I never got my bouquet and I'll never shop here again.

Sending Hugs and Kisses Arrangement Product Number: ******* total order $99.48,(same day delivery), it supposes to Arrive On: 06/03/2023. It never arrived. Period. I was a shameful experience because it was a detail for a person to should be remembered with a detail. Impossible to track, no texts,no messages,no emails.No information.the Refund will come with in 10 days after hours of chatting with CS. Edible solved the issue the day after in less than one hour, furthermore I ordered another order to DC with them today. Thanks Edible for your service.

Embarrassing gift to send

I sent a beautiful fruit arrangement to my sister for her birthday. Boy was I extremely disappointed and embarrassed when she sent me a picture of what she received! It was NOTHING like I ordered! Just because it's delivered doesn't mean you can just deliver anything not thinking we get a picture of the gift. What a horrible way to do business! NEVER AGAIN!

Exhaust all options before ordering from these people. You spend $100 on something and $20 for same delivery it should be delivered the same day. They shouldn't sit around and wait until 4:30 and then "try" to get your order out by 5. You get no information from the website and you try to call, well they can't give you any info either. Terribly run. Terribly staffed. Terrible customer service. There are 5 year olds with lemonade stands that are ran better than this.

Do Not Use them!

Embarrassing! Wish we would have looked at the reviews before we use them. What was received, look nothing like the photo. It had maybe 10 pieces of fruit in it. Six of them are orange slices! Also, the 15% off your first order Did not work then the $40 cup of fruit, turned into $60! Never ever use this place again! Horrible! The only thing they got right was the delivery day and time.
