Besides the fact that they charged me extra $29 without saying they would ahead of time AND for NO REASON, then saying they would only return me 15% of my order WITHOUT EVEN DELIVERING IT (p.s. I called them 5 minutes after ordering, so they couldn't have already shipped it out) and after, just NOT DELIVERING MY ORDER even though saying it's already delivered on Mother's day, when my mom was waiting for it. HORRENDOUS SERVICE. NEVER BUY FROM THEM, I couldn't even reach out to their customer service after to get a refund.
Totally disappointed in this company!
On April 25th 2022, I called the toll free number to order a flower fruit basket for my 6 year old great niece who just returned from several days in a hospital. I wanted it for delivery the same day because I ordered it at 3:15 Eastern time for a delivery in Medina, Washington. After placing the order and giving all the information to the representative, he told me that there was something wrong with the system and I would need to do it myself on their website. I completed the information and paid with PayPal. Got a confirmation #, but, the delivery was never made. I called to check on the order and they indicated it would be delivered before 8:00 that night, it never came. The next day, I checked on the order again and they told me it would be delivered. They never delivered it. After 3 days, the order was never delivered. I called to cancel the order and spoke to a polite young lady. 10 minutes into the call, her little baby started crying hysterically, I couldn't hear what she was saying so I told her to go take care of her baby and come back to me. When she came back. I asked for a cancellation confirmation number but she couldn't give me one. What a total disappointment for what they charged for the fruit, their service charge, delivery, tax, etc! It was almost $100.00 for some fruit! I feel like I was scammed! I realize everybody is busy and everybody is not working, but I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. Apparently not!
My order never came and I was on the phone for over 45 minutes trying to get a refund. I ordered a month in advance and it was supposed to come the day of my mom's birthday. It never came and I wasted a whole day waiting for it. Customer service was rude when I asked for a smaller time frame window of when it might be delivered. She said I already told you anywhere from 8 am to 9 pm. Then she hung up on me. They kept trying to give me half off my next order instead of a refund. I called my credit card company and asked them to block any future transactions made by them.
After I placed my order. I decided to read previous reviews. They had may negative reviews. Im happy to say That my order was exactly what I ordered. They were delicious!
Just awful communication. They never deliver stuff on time. They are also impossible to reach, do not use this company if you want your order to actually be delivered to the recipient at the requested time. I hope some things change within the company because when your sole purpose is to deliver edible arrangements and you fail to make an effective delivery why do you even exist as a company? Please improve until then you do not deserve any higher ratings.

I ordered some chocolate covered strawberries for my Dad's birthday. The order was placed on a Friday, with the shipping date to be delivered on Monday. Well, Monday came and went, and nothing arrived. Tuesday came and went... still no order delivered. Wednesday... Well, I think you are catching my drift here. By the 4th day of not shipping, I finally called expecting great customer service and an explanation as to why I paid for expedited shipping, only to have my order showing as 'received' for the 4th day in a row (this was Thursday evening so that means 5 days after the set ship date). I received a customer service team that was so incompetent and rude, and all together useless. The customer service was AWFUL. They wouldn't give full names or ID #'s of who I was speaking to, could not provide a WHY as it was going on 5 days after the order was set to arrive, or give me any option other than "reorder it" or cancel all together. I asked to speak to a manager twice, and finally I got to a manager who was just as awful as the first person. Both were rude and unhelpful, kept putting me on hold, and one of them laughed after I explained why I needed it there on Monday (which I will explain below).
To give you more insight as to why this was so upsetting; my father went in on Tuesday afternoon for a Stem Cell Transplant surgery. It was his birthday Monday and I wanted to send him something nice so he could enjoy it before a traumatic and painful surgery for his cancer. To reorder it at this point was silly, as he was not going to return home until the following week (which at that point he couldn't even eat anyway due to the surgery).
I loved Shari's Berries and assumed Fruit Bouquets, since they are among the same businesses, would be the same. Well, because of this company alone, I'll never order from them or any of their partner companies again. I've told everyone I know, posted it on social media, because people need to know not to invest money in goods or companies that treat people in this way.
Scam company. Made ads to imitate edible arrangements. Do not use. They do not timely deliver. Deliveries arrive 3 weeks late. Customer service is off site, out of country. This is a terrible business.
I ordered a $39 fruit bouquet as a celebratory gift for my son for a job well done in his high school play. Well, it arrived today and it was a huge disappointment because it seems as though they took a small Orange and a handful of assorted fruits and placed them on a parsley bouquet. Lesson learned, I will not make the mistake of ordering here again.
I am still in disbelief the amount I paid compared to what I got. Never ordering from this place ever again. First they emailed me saying they were not going to have my order ready which made me SO MAD because there website itself says you can order and receive your order the same day which is a LIE. I ordered the unicorn for my mom and after I called and my husband made multiple calls to make sure they deliver it on her birthday ACTUAL DAY. When my husband finally got them to deliver it they wouldn't tell him a time they said it could be anywhere from 7am-8pm which is so unhelpful because if I were to send them to her job she's not there ALL DAY and that's the point for the person your sending them to to receive it. When they were delivered it wasn't what I ordered I got a burgundy unicorn. With flowers that look like I could've gotten from my neighbors yard. And the strawberries looked HORRIBLE. I called and complained of course this is unacceptable! They said they were going to send the right order the NEXT DAY, when they did the unicorn looked some what decent but the strawberries looked like the unicorn vomit them itself. Or a 5 year old was learning how to make them for the first time. It just is so incredible how they are still sending things that look like that not even looking good enough to eat it. It's just disrespectful to present your clients with that type of quality. That's false advertising and this is NOT OK. Y'all save yalls MONEY AND TIME. This company is A JOKE.
Ordered Choco covered strawberries with a delivery date they allowed, I guess since they don't have local locations it shipped from Florida to Oregon... Didn't get delivered on the day I requested. Their website had multiple broken links when trying to resolve this problem and the only option was to call or chat Would not use again.
Bad in delivery time everything else is good not satisfied on what was expected delivery date on special occasion but at least they made up for it as long as they didn't charge me for it.
This company ought to be ashamed of themselves. Horrible customer service, order never received, refund not granted. Read reviews before ordering from these crooks!
I ordered chocolate covered strawberries with smiley faces on them, I don't know where they got them from in my area but they looked like a child decorated them. I called and got half my money back plus $20 inconvenience fee. Below the first picture is what I thought I was getting, the second picture is what arrived. Also I paid $70 for them.
Highly disappointed and very unprofessional. I ordered a fruit bouquet as a gift to my wife for our anniversary 3 days prior. On the day of delivery, I never received ANY type of notification (email, text, call, NOTHING). Every time I called the automated message said before 8pm but it never came. I spoke with customer service to see if I could get them to redeliver the next morning before we left. They confirmed it would and could be delivered by 9am. My clock said 11am on the next day and still no delivery or notification. I called to cancel the order and get a refund. I was 1st offered a shipping fee refund and my original order to still be delivered. I said no I want my full refund. They processed it and said it would take 35-45 days for it to get refunded back through PayPal! What refund takes that long? This company is bad business and full of sh! T. STAY AWAY!
Did not deliver what I ordered, said they tried to deliver but I was home all day and no one came. They didn't leave a notice on the door or anything, no "sorry we missed you". When I called they can't tell me where my stuff is, I can't get a number to a shop directly and there is no cancellation, so I paid $100 and they just took it. They're just thieves, and you can't understand anyone you talk to
Food rotten after 5 days late and refuse my refund I called mutiple times and same thing, first they offered to give me half my money back with no berries delivered already don't know why a business would ever do this to anyone but I'm calling board of health and better business bureau
DELIVERY NEVER MADE. ASKED WHAT DATE YOU WANT DELIVERED I PICKED 2 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS OR WAS FLEXIBLE AND DID CHRISTMAS EVE. NEVER DELIVERED SAID IT WAS " ATTEMPTED" AND WILL TRY AGAIN. MY UNCLE LIVES IN APT WITH CALL SYSTEM HE WOULD HAVE AUTOMATICALLY GOTTEN A PHONE CALL WHEN DELIVERY ARRIVED. NO PHONE CALL NO NOTHING. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING FROM FRUIT BOUQUETS. STICK TO EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS AT LEAST YOUR ORDER WILL GET DELIVERED TO RECIPIENT!
I placed an order to be delivered to my 80 yr old mother the day before Christmas. On that day I get a phone call stating they tried but no one was home. Which then I called and just as I thought she was home! Was promised they would deliver later in the day up until 8 pm well at 8pm it still hadn't be delivered so called and was advised it would be delivered on Monday the 27th! On Christmas day I get another call telling me again she would get it on the 27th. I then ask for a Supervisor (which I never talked to) and stated they needed to make this right as it was their mistake not ours. So then was advised I would be refunded for shipping, mine you shipping was free! Then I get a call at 5 am on Sunday for them to tell me again it would be delivered on Monday! Then I get another phone call from them at 6 am and when I say hello 2 times they hang up. So I call back and ask for a Supervisor which then was placed on hold for for 5 minutes then hung up on! So called back again and asked for a Supervisor which I never got! Spent another 45 minutes on the phone and was told if they refund me my mother wouldn't get it item! Beyond pissed off now I asked to speak with a supervisor again... which never got! I then explained to the agent on the phone this whole experience has been unacceptable and something had to be done! None of this was mine or my mothers fault so as a company they needed to make this right! I asked for at least a partial refund and for my mother to still get her item! Again on a very long hold which I do have to say their holds times are outrages! But she finally came back and said they were honoring the partial refund and my mother getting her item Monday! I am a Supervisor in a call center and this defiantly wasn't a first call resolution as it could have been! This company is trash and has a lot of work to do to improve and starting with the agents they have on their phones!
I ordered a basket to be delivered on 12/24/2021. It never arrived. Customer service claims they attempted to deliver but no one was home. All lies.
Ordered a Fruit Bouquet over 2 weeks before Dec. 23rd delivery date... on Dec. 23rf got my inquiry messages that delivery on the way... at my home for my wife by 8PM. Than email at:; 48 PM of "delivery attempt and their continued efforts to deliver/call if necessary. Nothing happened... called their 800 number 2 more times and finally asked for a refund... very disappointed... first and last time to use. If they were that busy on Dec. 23rd they should have notified me for another date if backlogged(?). My address correct on order so not a GPS finding me issue Sadly disappointed!
Answer: Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
