I ordered 3 items for my Wife as a Surprise and they charged me and did not deliver the items. Then when I called to figure out what happened they lied to me and my Wife saying they tried to when they didn't. They hung up on my Wife and were rude and unprofessional. Do not use this place. Use Edible arrangements.
Inexcusable! This business IS getting an order correct. Will never order again. I am 700 miles away & wanted to surprise my friend for her birthday. The fruit basket arrived but they didn't know who it was from & threw it out.
Only reason why I'm here writing my very first review, which I should have in 2016. I'm a busy person and that time I didn't really know about putting your review experience for anything you bought. I've NEVER got the gifts for my mom on her Birthday. I thought maybe it's coming late, but nope not at all. I really don't know what happened, but that was my first & last ordering
The fruit bouquet was beautiful and delicious (I was told). Unfortunately, it was delivered three days early. Our family party was on Christmas Eve, so I requested delivery on December 24th. I was unable to find a way on the website to delete the small print that said it could be delivered earlier in the week. So it wouldn't go to waste, my relative (at the delivery location) gave it to her neighbors.
For the price around $100 my Wisconsin delivery was met with 6 chocolate coveted pretzel sticks and the emoticon & chocolate covered strawberries that were literally 2 bites each. There were mo other fruit choices. For that price I could have gotten fresh fruit from here in AZ and dipped them in chocolate and designed them just like the advertising pic on website and shopped them off myself cheaper. Even using express mail. Loved the first order about a year ago but this one I was very disappointed. Well beyond disappointed.
The centerpiece is very beautiful my son and daughter-in-law are enjoying it in their home thank you.
Don't know who you used but I sent it as a GIFT and the fruit was NOT eatable and was thrown in the garbage. I will NOT use your service again. You obviously do not care about who your service uses
I ordered it on th 18th of December 2020. I didn't make a big fuss about how late it was. For the price... very disappointed and flimsy. My mom was not impressed. I didn't order ginger bread in my order on the fruit and it was just terrible. Should be ashamed. I want my money back! My total order with shipping was 89.00, for crap!
First let me say to order was easy, taking my payment was easy but tiring to track down a bouquet of flowers & teddy bear for a family member who just lost their grandmother was the WORST. Thee family member was not home so instead of them CALLING the number they ask for on the order THEY DROPPED THE ORDER OFF AT A NEIGHBORS HOUSE which the family member doesn't speak too. They left a freakin note to say this. The neighbor NEVER brought the flowers over which resulted in her having to call her rental office to track them down. Calling customer service was even more hell... the calls are outsourced so I couldn't understand what they were saying for one, they had me on hold for over 20 minutes when I asked for a supervisor & when I requested a refund (before tracking down the neighbor) they refused. Pay with PayPal with this company. I always try to resolve issues first before going crazy but this company will NEVER get my money. Y'all can't even deliver things correctly.
If I didn't need this fruit arrangement right away, I would have found something else! My arrangement was rushed and sloppy, most of the fruit was on the left side so I leaned and cracked the box holder, the gingerbread men were all facing in different directions. It just looked very rushed! I hope the fruit tastes good atleast
Not only was the order NOT received on the day it was suppose to arrive (wasting my ENTIRE day waiting), when it did arrive not only was it NOT what was ordered, customer service tried to tell me it was too what I ordered. They not only argued with me but acted like they couldn't understand anything I said. The fruit was rotten and stunk so bad. It was inedible. Never again. Would give 0 stars if I could.
The strawberries were bad. They were nasty, mushy, and I'm pretty sure moldy. The quality did NOT match the price what so ever. The flowers were definitely exceptional.
We received this Edible Arrangement fruit basket. Although I place the order less that 24 hrs, I was expecting fresh fruits and leaves. Nope. Vegetable leaves we withered, the fruits were stale and very sad. I will not order from your delivery process again. Look at the pictures, the leaves look soso sad
The fruit bouquets and chocolate strawberries are the ultimate gifts and the best quality product. I used their website often to purchase gifts.
My family that I gave it to sent a picture and are enjoying very much! Thank you for making this great for me.
It was received but I honestly think it was ridiculously expensive and not even close to look as nice and robust as expected. I feel a little ripped off honestly.
When I didn't receive an e-mail notification I knew something was wrong! They pushed delivery date past Christmas, when I said no cancel the order- their system mysteriously went down! Do not order from this place!
The basket was delivered on time with the balloon. The fruit looked good my little cousin enjoyed the basket.
