I ordered from this company for Valentines day for my mother the arrangement came days later like someone stomped on all the fruits! The were not edible. When we called the company for a refund and to send back out the product properly all i kept getting is the run around! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD and use local florist to try and mimic EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!

Horrible experience. Ordered for my father's 75th birthday. Received an email that there was an attempted delivery. However my parents were home all day. Called company to confirm and was told the email I received was a glitch. Called back after the delivery window closed and was them told it wasn't a glitch but attempted delivery took place. Requested a refund and they laughed. Assuming now this is a scam and the $100+ will not be refunded. Will update if refund is received.

They never sent my arrangement! Never sent text notifications or email as I requested.
Complete garbage! They were happy to take my money and try to push for another date, nope the whole purpose was for a specified occasion and they never sent it. Not my first issue here, but definitely my last because I won't be using them ever again!

They charged me $15 (!) for delivery AFTER I already placed the order, then when I called to cancel, the customer service representative put me on hold for 20 min (!) just to come back and tell me they are "processing my cancellation". After I insisted they cancel it right now, they told me they will process my refund within 2 billing cycles, which are 2 months! Absolutely ridiculous! Stay away from those thieves!

Disappointed.

I ordered a fruit basket for my daughter's birthday.
I spent $75 and what she had didn't worth not even $5
The fruit was sour.
The delivery girl knocked on door once and left it outside.
What a waste, nothing to do with what I ordered.
First and last time I order from this place.
Definitely I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

What a scam!

Paid $75 for an embarrassing left over fruit arrangement that didn't cost more than $10 for ingredients. It didn't look like the original photo "bouquet" whatsoever. I should've just gone with edible arrangements.

Ordered for Valentine's and they called me at 2:00 pm on Valentine's day to tell me they could not deliver, that they would do it next day, I tried cancelling but they would not accept that either and said that I had to wait until 8 pm to cancel because there was a chance that the bouquet would arrive but it never did

Ruin my Valentine's Day surprise

I ordered a fruit basket for my wife and had it delivered to her job to surprise her for Valentine's Day I paid $150.00 for the large fruit basket and a teddy bear and requested that everything be deliver by 2/13/2021 so I paid a additional 9$ for shipping the package arrived it's was only the teddy bear that's not worth the 19.99$ very ugly and cheap looking and a side of old sour strawberries the chocolate was broken off and the strawberries wasn't any good I never received the fruit basket I called the help line a customer representative answer that did not speak good English I barely could understand anything he was saying not only that as I was trying to explain the problem and my frustration he kept interrupting me by saying sorry that's the only thing he could say good in English I assume that they receive a high volume of anger callers so he being practicing I am sorry a lot so I asked him to put some one on the phone that can help me he transfer me to a voicemail so I never received the 100$ fruit basket nor able to talk to anyone that can help me with the problem So now it's Valentine's Day I am out of 150$ because I didn't receive what I purchased it was so embarrassing for me and my wife the way they shipped the old fruit and ugly bear without any fruit basket to her job I will never in my life order anything from this company again I wished that I can rate them at a -20 because they don't deserve any business do to the unprofessional customer service and company please don't waste your time nor money with this company.

I recieved an email stating that my order was recieved when they never even told me that it was even in transit no the order was not recieved till 3 hrs later after the email.The This is a third party company based out of the Philippines they have no idea who the heck is suppose to be making the deliveries or anything. I ordered for Valentine's Day a dozen strawberries which by the way I got charged for and never recieved. A bouquet of xl flowers that cost me extra to add more flowers and it seems like they put less flowers in it I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. If u want to give away your money go rite ahead and give it away to these ppl they will gladly take it and not give u what u pay for. What they doing to the costumers is called legal robbery

Don't order from them. Easy to take your money but hard to get a resolution when calling customer service. The representative Christian, I could barely understand him and there was so much noice in the background that it sounded like he was working from home and family was having a party or talking to long distance relatives.

Ordered January 16th for Valentine's Day and only one of my two orders came. It said on the sight one was delivered and the other was only confirmed never went to the "in transit" part. The order that did come does not look good and the words "thank you" on the order are all chipped. Not to mention the box on my doorstep was right side up when it should've been flat and the delivery person never rang my doorbell. Faults on both FedEx for careless delivery and Fruit Bouquet for careless watch over their orders.

A SCAM

This company is a JOKE! I ordered from them thinking they were similar to Edible Arrangements but I was so wrong. First of all, my order went through twice and when I called to cancel one of them, the agent on the phone assured me that they took care of it. However, both orders were still delivered and they were not at all what was shown in the picture. In no way, shape, or form. I have every reason to believe that these people stole pictures from the real Edible Arrangements and are advertising them as their own. They took almost $300 dollars from my account just to deliver pure garbage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. 0/5 STARS.
