I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for a friend who was having a rough day. I ordered them on Sunday for a Monday delivery. My friend never got her strawberries and when I called they said they would take 1/2 off and refund the delivery charge and assured me that she would get them on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went no delivery however the full charge went through. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Horrible company!

If I could give you a negative I would, I have never had to go on someone website to write a bad review. I purchase chocolate for 5/5/2021 for someone's birthday. I requested same day delivery, it allows you to purchase but after you purchase it states for the next day. I call customer service 4 times and they tell me oh due to Mother's Day we can not get your stuff deliver today but we will deliver the next or 2 days later. Her birthday is 5/5 not the 5/6 or 5/7. You will not cancel my other and every time, I request a supervisor they are on the phone. I have been waiting 3 hours and still no call from a supervisor. Why say same day delivery and you can't do it that day. That is not acceptable but you can take my $91.

I tried to cancel an order for over an hour! The order was a full MONTH in advance! They kept me on the phone and wasted a FULL HOUR just trying to CANCEL THE ORDER! Do business with ANYONE ELSE!

Horrible service

I thought I was ordering from edible arrangements first off. My bad moving forward, this company was not customer friendly or anyway shape or form that it should be for a paying customer. This company does not have integrity or reliability. I needed my arrangement delivered to the recipient by a particular time if this surprise was even going to work and they could not guarantee this. They can barely communicate to the customer and get the job complete and be helpful. When I finally called back to cancel my order they told me they cannot cancel my order but if I do want to cancel, to call back at 8pm! Furthermore the arrangement would be delivered somewhere by the already(my location of delivery was not 100% sure based off of what they were not able to guarantee for me) do not use them.

On 4/21 I wrote abt how Fruit Bouquet changed my order from a fruit arrangement to flowers and 6 strawberries without asking me. At that time I informed customer service NOT to deliver the flowers due to recipient's possible flower allergy. Customer service rep assured me the recipient would not receive the flowers. Well well well guess what arrived to the recipient? Yep the flowers in a BROKEN VASE and actually 12 strawberries. This has been a bad experience from the very beginning. I was offered some type of discount on my next order but it is not worth the frustration. Thank you but no thank you.

I ordered a fruit bouquet on 4/19. They called later that day to say it was unavailable and could they could deliver the bouquet the next day. I agreed. Well next day 4/20 it was still not delivered and no one called to inform me of any problems. Upon checking my email I see it was in transit from FLORIDA. What the heck?! Why is my fruit coming from FL? Upon reading the email I see that they changed (without my consent) from a fruit bouquet to flowers and 6 strawberries AND after 2 days it was still in transit. I called on 4/21 (still in transit) to cancel. If I wanted flowers I would have ordered flowers. I'm suppose to get my refund in 1-2 billing cycles (hmm). I will stay on top of it. I just reordered thru my old faithful Edible Arrangements.

Poor customer service

I placed an order to be delivered today to a business. Called to get a better ETA as it's a Friday and wanted to be sure it was delivered before business closed. Told I had to wait until after 5p before I could cancel my order. Overall poor customer service and unacceptable delivery time. There are other companies that deliver same day and give a delivery time window! Wont use this company again!

Delivered at 7:00pm was told it was on the truck early in the morning. The fruit wasn't sweet & when you call to speak with a supervisor they're not available just give you the around, never again with this unprofessional Company.

I wish there was an option for no stars. Communication is terrible simple things that should be really easy to do are extremely difficult. You don't get what you order it's a version of it it's similar but it is not the picture that you actually selected. They deliver whenever they want to like people don't have a life I expressed to them that I need to deliver by certain time before I order it was A-OK after I ordered they changed their toon. I'm halfway across the world and now my granddaughter is not going to receive anything for me today and I am very upset but they don't care please don't order from this company

My co-workers and I wanted to surprise a nurse supervisor with a gift from FRUIT BOUTIQUE. I placed order online around 10'ish for same day delivery. I made it clear this was a business. We close at 5pm. I called the 1 -800 number to say how important it was to be there by a certain time. Rep assured me she will contact local business about my concerns and for me to call back around 3. I called back around 330pm was told order will be there at 5 which is the time we close. It was an inconvenient for me to wait after 5 for delivery guy. I then had to drive out my way to deliver Fruit Boutique to recipient. I didn't get an apology or nothing for my inconvenience. Until this business resolve my concerns I will never deal with this business again!

Total disappointment

Wow I'm am so appaled what they delivered to me was nowhere near_$60 dollars the fruit was bruised, sour, and had weird taste and at the bottom they had nerve have dirty water w steale lettuce. You wouldn't realize until after ate all fruit. I spent almost $100 trying help a business I'm very disappointed.

Took all day to get

Please know before you order, the delivery window is rediculous. 9am-8pm. It is my sons birthday and I literally spent $110 dollars on a fruit bouquet. Here is is 3:15 in the afterrnoon and it still has not been delivered. When I called, they could not help me at all. She couldnt even give me the name of the company that is making the arrangement. There was no way she could have contacted them to get a better time frame. They just get an email stating that it ia being made and when it is delivered. I WILL NOT USE THIS again. Call edible arrangements and just spend the extra few dollars. That way you have the actually company name and you can track your order. I so very disappointed.

I googled a website and this one came up first and I used it by mistake. I overpaid, but the fruit and service was good. The quality depends on the closest fruit arrangement store to where it is delivered. Picture is what was delivered.

Free shipping SCAM

First of all, beware that this IS NOT "Edible Arrangements" - although they do their best to impersonate them. Secondly when they offer free shipping, they neglect to tell you they charge a $15 processing fee. I did not know that (because it was not on my receipt) until AFTER I hit the submit payment button. I immediately called to cancel... and I mean immediately - but was told I was too late. When I asked CSR to escalate the call I was told supervisor was not available but would call me back within the hour. That call never came. I was scammed.
