The order process was easy and delivery was quick and accurate! I was told the fruit bouquet was perfect! I only complaint was the less than forthcoming service charge of $14.99 that appeared after I hit purchase. I was not given a subtotal before purchasing. However I did call customer service and they refunded me the service charge without a fight. Overall I'm very happy with this product and service.
I was hopeful since it was my mom 60th and it was a part of her birthday gift that it would have arrived early morning mid afternoon however, it did not arrive until 9:00 p.m. so I was a little bummer but the flowers were nice and she enjoyed the strawberries.
I am saddened that Fruit Bouquet ruined my daughter's 21st Birthday gift from us. She is very ill and loves edible arrangements. The balloon was delivered to her popped and the top of the sticks (where fruit should be and the fruit had fallen. The arrangement looked shuffled and dropped. I did their online chat 4 TIMES. They disconnected on me ALL 4 TIMES! One agent said," I will give you some free product codes for future purchases and a $20 credit that would be emailed to me." Never happened! Another agent said, they'd resend everything by yesterday and guess what? She never received it! I looked online and it said it's scheduled for today... and only the arrangement, NOT another balloon? Unbelievable!
I bought their ridiculous membership that has this tag line attached to everything, "Hey, Passport Valued Member! Enjoy Free Shipping/No Service Charge on today's order!" There isn't one edible arrangement that can be sent the same day! I try to be positive and understanding especially during this pandemic. Unfortunately, some people just don't care to make things right. If you're looking for a good, quality edible arrangement with awesome customer service, go to Eiblearrangements.com Same day shipping and FRESH fruit. I did screen-record our chats, so no denying anything! I hope this saves someone a headache and heartache.
They charge you and they don't keep anything on the record! You don't receive any confirmation emails, They don't deliver And when you ask for a refund they say the four digit of your card number doesn't match what they have on file! I'm suing them! This company needs to be closed!
I ordered an edible bouquet and needed it on Dec. 12th. I couldnt believe it they accommodated my last minute order and it was delivered on Dec. 12th. Thank you so much it made my sisters birthday even more special!
Do not waste your money or time! I ordered days in advance, called the day of the ensure it would be delivered while someone was home. Only to be told the delivery period is between 9am-8pm and there is nothing they can do about that. So I'm supposed to sit at home alllll day & just wait? I asked for them to cancel my order & issue a refund & was told they would.
Fast forward to 6 pm, we get back home & the bouquet of FRUITS is sitting on the GROUND! I called again & they offered me 50% refund. I am so upset! Please save yourselves the worries.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. DELIVERED EARLY, AND THE QUALITY OF THE FRUIT BOUQUET WAS SUPERB. MY CO-WORKER WAS VERY HAPPY. NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT NOT RECEIVING ANYTHING LESS BUT A 10!
The fruit were the sweetest, especially the Pineapple! A great birthday experience for my daughter in law! The delivery worked out perfect.

A lot of the strawberries did not taste ripe and the pineapple Christmas trees tasted like the core of the pineapple.
Terrible the fruit had mold on it and we couldn't even enjoy it like we wanted too besides that the setup was nice and they actually delivered it
Definitely the last time I will be using fruit bouquets, most of the grapes of the arrangement were moldy and the rest of the fruit was pretty bad.

Ordering was quick and simple. I was able to choose from a small list of beautiful items. Went with 12 chocolate covered strawberries and added a HB ballon. Even tho, I didn't get to see the delivered items. My aunt messaged me a thank you and that he loved them. Very satisfied
