I ordered my son a birthday fruit basket in advance for his birthday and it never arrived. I called and they rescheduled it for the day after his birthday which defeats the whole purpose of buying it for his birthday. They didn't even try to compensate me for ruining one of my son's birthday gifts. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold only for the same person to come back to the phone pretending to be the supervisor. I asked what they plan on doing to compensate me for my troubles and she offered to refund me the delivery fee. Needless to say go to Edible Arrangements because their service SUCKS!

I ordered a fruit bouquet to be delivered to my college age daughter on her birthday since I live so far away from her and can't be there with her. The basket never arrived. I went on-line to the customer service chat. They basically said, "Sorry it was late." and disconnected. It wasn't late --- it was never delivered. This business is a SCAM. Do not use them. After I asked for my money back, they disconnected the chat and would not re-engage with me.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT USE!

Just like the other reviews, I think this company is a scam... I can't believe they are still in business when they ruin so many special occasions. I recommend dealing directly with a store operator such as Edible Arrangements, where you can speak to the actual person who will make and deliver your gift. If you use FruitBouquets.com you will just get ripped off.

What happened to me has happened to many others. Couldn't get past the confirmation of my order. Could never confirm with the shop if it was being made, on its way, etc. Delayed for 2 days and I'm on day 3. And based on the reviews, I didn't want to find out about the quality. Spend a few extra bucks for Edible Arrangements. This company is not worth it and you cannot get much information from these people. Seems suspicious and honestly it was a huge pain in the rear. With Edible Arrangements you are provided a phone number, more tracking information, and info of where the exact shop is and everything. So much more transparent. Hopefully I get my full refund as promised from FruitBouquets... Would give 0 stars if possible. I do not recommend.

The company has very poor responsibility for the delivery of the order. I ordered a surprise gift for my close friend for her 50th birthday, indicated her exact address and her phone number for delivery. On the appointed day, I received an email notification that the fruit cake was delivered to the addressee, but no one delivered anything?!...
I'm in shock, I paid a lot of money for delivery, this company deceived me by informing me that they delivered a gift, but they simply ruined my friend's birthday... I do not recommend the services of this company

From the time I ordered to the delivery was 30 hours. Delivery time until 8 and got it at 7 05. Dragged their feet after I called someone for a quicker delivery time and she bull$#*!ted me and said she sent a message to whomever. Then I get call 3 hours later asking to speak to my wife. So they tell her it will be there asap. SO MUCH FOR THE SURPRISE JEESZ! So from the time I called to let them know I need this asap because I had to leave til delivery time was 7 hours. Then once I get it, they leave it on my front lawn instead of the front porch. Item is average at best and over priced. First time and last time for everything.

Ordered some flowers that said they were delivered Wednesday never came then they sent refund flowers and those never came. Now I'm trying to get reimbursement and that never came. I will never ever order through this company again. Horrible service, horrible communication. Absolute trash don't waste your time or money.

After delivering my Easter gift 3 days after the stated delivery date that was stated when I ordered them 2 weeks earlier, my grandkids got 12 strawberries in a box that looked nothing like what I thought I ordered and based on total price each strawberry cost $5 and they were nothing special to look at!

I ordered fruit bouquet, cake and balloons for my son's bday. On the delivery day, i got email that said the cake and fruit had been delivered but the balloons were scheduled for the day after my sons bday. It took me 1 1/2 hours with their virtual chat in a virtual loop and finally got to a live agent to cancel the balloons. I swore at that point I would never order from them again. On my son's bday, he told me he had not received his order. This time, i tried 1-800-flowers the parent company. After insisting with the recording for several tries, i got a live agent. He was condescending, rude and reading from a script. He offered me a $15 voucher to use on my next order. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor and held for 30 minutes. He could have cared less. When i asked how they could send an email that said delivered but it had not been delivered, he admitted they do not produce anything - they farm out your order to others and never know what happens to it. They lie and say it was delivered but have no real proof this happened. I cancelled my entire order - and will get my son a different gift. But he had no gift from me on his actual bday! Never again!

Horrible business. Please do not waste your money. They are a scam and do bad business. I had placed an order then didn't need it anymore. I canceled right away and reach out to them so they can cancel the order. They processed to say they would. Ultimately they did not they lied and even lied about it getting delivered. Stay far away from this business.

I ordered 2 dozen strawberries covered in chocolate, rainbow swirl. With 20% discount I paid $120 and it was for a birthday celebration. When I got the pictures of what was delivered I was in complete shock. What a disappointment! They ruined my surprise and it was a horrible presentation. See photos of what was advertised and what was delivered and you'll decide for yourself. I will never order from them again. A complete fraud.

I ordered pink not white and they were very sloppy. The chocolate was melted together. There was a supposedl coupon added and free delivery. I was charged a $20.00 service fee. The 12 strawberries were definitely not worth the $84

This is the worse experience I have ever had with a simple fruit platter delivery! Still have not received my order like a lot of other people have stated in their reviews. Firstly, their delivery scheduling is ridiculous. You tell them when placing the order what day you want it delivered. Then they say it's "flexible delivery" so they could show up whenever, and you can't change that. So my delivery was set for Valentines Day. They apparently tried to deliver it the day before so a day early, and I never got anything or a knock on my door. I only got an email on Valentines Day morning saying they tried to delivery it yesterday and it was 'unable to be delivered.' So I contacted customer service and they set up a replacement order but that wouldn't be delivered now until the 18th. Way passed Valentines Day. So that's ruined, thanks… I told them I just want a refund since it was for Valentine's Day and now it'll be too late. They said they can't refund the entire order since they already have a replacement order pending but they'll refund the delivery charge… ok whatever. I wait until the 18th….nothing. Again. No delivery made. Yet at like 10pm I get an email saying the order was delivered. It was not. No order at my door, no knock, no signature, no photo confirmation, NOTHING! So now they have completely botched 2 deliveries. I am currently talking with customer service to request my full refund and they still are saying "all we can do right now is we'll contact the shop to see if they delivered it or not." They are basically refusing refunds and just keep saying "we'll contact the shop" blah blah blah… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I will stick with Edible Arrangements as I've used them multiple times and have had no issues.

I purchased flowers, cheesecake bites, and a fruit tray from fruit bouquets. I received the flowers and cheesecake bites and never received the fruit tray and it was a gift for a company and that was so embarrassing on my behalf that nothing ever showed. Will not give another chance to be embarrassed again. Yes they bother to give me a refund wow that was the least they could do. They should have said hey look I'll give you the refund plus try to get you that tray still but no did the least they could possibly do. Now I know how this company actually works. Would not use ever again. It's a shame that you allow your business to not even show up on a holiday such as Valentine's day. This wasn't no just regular day this was a very very populated holiday and you should be ashamed

Can we please have a 0 star over hear. Look, I am not one of those guys who believes in Valentines. But when I go out of my way to plan something special for my wife, how I decided to order from this site was a big mistake. Note I made an order for an edible arrangement for my wife for Valentines day on February 9th. This is 5 days early, In the hopes she would have a smile on her face when she saw it. Well, it never showed up. I called 3 times to check the status of the delivery, and all they mentioned is it should be there by 8PM on February 14th. If you are ever looking for any items that involve boquets, edible arrangements, flowers, roses, or any products this website may have, do yourself a favor and turn the other way, or just drive up to a store and get the product in person. I will never consider ordering from this site again. They ruined my day and my surprise for my wife.

Don't Use This Company

Very disappointing that there is no direct number to call when there is an issue with your order. You have to chat with someone online who isn't helpful and can care less. We ordered so many arrangements from this place and when we didn't get one delivered, we didn't get a refund or redelivery. Never using them again and I encourage you to do the same.

This company doesn't provide quality service, nor stand by their word. I have actually never had a majorly bad experience with customer service when ordering a gift to be delivered because I am usually so happy to get the gift for the recipient; but in this cause these guys has not only managed to provide awful service but also manage to spoil a beautiful birthday moment. I am utterly disappointed and would never use them again nor offer them as a referral to my biggest enemy. Don't do it. #utterlyhonest

I never got my cake so I have not images to offer. They only got 1 star because it is required to get at least 1 star. Thank your review page for it.
