Ordered delux and the photos in their web site is different than what I got, a small vase with less flowers, paid total of 74 for a 45-50 dollars worth. You better buy from soewhere else. Their fees added up to that

Easy to order. Have had only one order where I wasn't satisfied with the product sent.
When I ordered the flowers the price was 42.00, however when it was billed to me, it was 49.50 base price. This doesn't include tax, or delivery. Once $49.50 showed up and couldn't get it to change back to $42.00. Very disappointed. Will not order from you again. Oh, the flowers were beautiful and were delivered on time. But going up $7.50 automatically was unfair.
The flowers delivered were beautiful. Unfortunately, I had also ordered a fruit basket...I was told later there were no fruit baskets available.? Coupons could be on all items, not just select items.
Ordered flowers online. I live in Texas and had the flowers ordered from the florist in Rio Rancho. These were a birthday gift for my mom. She was very happy and said the flowers were beautiful. Ordering process went very smoothly. Flowers were delivered on time. Same-day delivery made this a nice.

My mother was in the hospital for a surgery. My father is bedridden with cancer and asked if I could assist in him ordering her flowers. I chose a same-day flower delivery, guaranteeing same day delivery.
I signed my father's name to the card, which is different then my credit card. So, they had to verify information. The only reason I know, is because I called, because I never received an email confirmation. Otherwise, I would never have known. I never received contact that they needed verification information. Once the information was cleared up, I was assured the flowers would be delivered to the hospital by 5:00p.m.
They never came. I called again, and I was informed the verification came in too late to order flowers for local delivery.
I informed them, they could either refund the money and still deliver the flowers, (taking responsibility for their failed service) or refund the money, and I will review them.
So, by this review I am writing... you know what answer they gave me.
I cancelled my order, and ordered through different service.
The fruit I ordered was a gift to my nephew after being hospitalized. He said it was a very nice fruit basket with an abundance of fruit. I was very happy to hear that. That sounds like it looked like the picture shown. I have ordered gifts from other places and when I heard what was in them, I was very disappointed. They made it sound good but there was really not much there. Again I was very pleased with this order.
