Lovely selection and great pricing. The mylar balloon was not included with the flowers delivered as advertised online. I am very disappointed the complete flower selection was not delivered according to the website. I have lost trust in this vendor and want either the balloon to be delivered or a credit on the purchase. I also felt that charging an additional $2.99 delivery charge for a Saturday delivery on top of the $14.99 delivery charge absolutely ridiculous.

I chose an item that was priced at $47 and after all the time spent filling out the order information, I come to the checkout and the price is $59. I'm in a hurry so not going to do all the work to change my order. But I am not impressed with this service.
