So many excellent choices
The final price was a shock wayyyyy more than first stated. They tacked on all kinds of extra fees. So from $32 it ended up over $52. Never again! Next time I will order direct from a florist in the area. No, I am not satisfied nor happy witj this company.
The bouquet that was delivered to my mom for her 89th birthday had very little resemblance to the picture I selected for her. I chose the premier level because I wanted a very full, bright arrangement. It should have had daisies, pink spray roses, bright fusia and purple filler flowers and fusia ribbon. The arrangement delivered looked more like the lowest level, maybe the the middle. It had some white chrysanthamum, a few pale pink spray roses, which were already drooping less than 48 hours after delivery and some purple filler. There were no daisies, no fucia colors, and no ribbon. Needless to say I was very disappointed, it was a pale, smaller version of what I had ordered. This was a disappointing experience.

It appears that the florist doesn't quite adhere to the photo of the arrangement. I switched from Teleflora to From You Flowers because I wasn't completely pleased with the arrangements. I always get a photo the arrangement and that's my only way of knowing that the florist has followed the advertised photo.
It took me quite awhile to get this order done because of password issues. Always had to start from beginning at least four times

Fabulous deal for a standard birthday bouquet delivered on a Sunday. Couldn't ask for better online functionality! Update: I thought it was awesome, until I got a picture of the flowers that were actually received by my niece. Three Gerbera daisies in a little bit of greenery. Absolutely nothing like the standard bouquet shown on the website. Even with the disclaimer for substitutions, what she received was pitiful. I guess if you use a coupon to pay a lower price, you get a lower quality bouquet. Next time I will call the local florist and talk to human being instead of buying online. This was a joke and I feel very embarrassed.

I would of liked to select some food products but could not figure out where to put no bananas in fruit basket or no peanuts in candy basket or no meat in snack basket, so I went with the flowers.

Easy to order and check out - anxious to see the flowers! The flowers were fresh but much less in quantity than expected or described. My order was over $60 including a prime member discount.
What was delivered was 4 stems and a rose with a few greens in a cheap vase with a ribbon bow tied around it. I don't care about the vase, but for a description of deluxe, I expected more than a grocery check out bouquet plopped in a vase.
Not likely to use this method again.

The basket of flowers was beautiful. I let the florist choose the arrangement, and they did a wonderful job.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
