Pricing is very reasonable in comparison to other sites. Although, in this instance, the local florists were unable to complete same day delivery. FYF notified me and offered to enhance the gift basket with more fruit and send an apology with it for the late delivery. Customer service was very good.

The actual website was fine and the company very helpful. After placing my order, I received a call stating that my order could not be delivered the same day after all but would be delivered that Monday (this was Sat.) I said that was fine. However, the flower delivery was not actually attempted until that following Tuesday and then not actually delivered until that following Thursday. That was 5 days after the originally promised "same day" delivery. Since it was contracted out to a local florist, I don't believe the company should ever use that florist again! It was ridiculous! My sister received her "birthday" flowers, 5 days after her birthday!

I had to use the site out of necessity since my car is not working and I could not get to the store to order the flowers. The prices are ridiculous and tacking on a fee at the end made the price obnoxious. Next time I will just send them a gift card.

Upon seeing a photo of the flowers from the reciever, I was highly disappointed that the same colors were not used. The choice was based specifically on bright colors and the order sent was not the same as what was ordered.

The site needs a face lift

The site needs a face lift. Searching wasn't fun. But the flowers are affordable and similar to more expensive sites.

I've already contacted customer service and a refund was applied for the balloons that were never delivered. Though there was an apology in the email, it doesn't do anything to make me feel like I'm a valued customer. I probably won't return to purchase anything again since my mother received an incomplete order. I'm still waiting to get a picture of what was delivered to make sure she even got the right stuff! I'm disappointed in this experience.
