There were no problems with the first order and the flowers were very pretty
On the Saturday, I received a phone call from Customer Service to inform me that there was an issue with the florist being my unable to find the address the second order was to be delivered to. (Really? When there's Google maps on every computer?). The same day, I received an email saying the flowers had been delivered successfully. Curious. The flowers were delivered on Monday - the following business day. The arrangement itself is very nice, but if there had been a time issue, needing delivery on a specific day, it could have been a problem.
FTD messed up at the last second, came to you in a last ditch effort, very pleased, if the order goes well tomorrow I will use you again for sure!

Very nice arrangement
My sister in law was admitted to the hospital right before Christmas. I wanted to get her flowers ASAP since we were hopeful they'd discharge her quickly. The same day delivery was great - I placed the order early morning, she received them late afternoon. The delivery charge is quite steep with extra payments added for both expediting and same day delivery...but, being across the country, I had little other choice. Overall, I'm very happy with the outcome.

I will purchase all my flower needs if I get my Christmas Flowers "FRESH". Yes they were fresh and they are very pretty they did a great job!. They called 8a.m. And I didn't get to the phone till 9:30 a.m... They said they were wanting to know if I was home so they could bring me the flowers. I didn't get them till I called again to ask when they were bringing them. I finally got them at 4:00 p.m. I didn't know I had to wait all day for them to be delivered. Other than that they are very pretty and I am enjoying them for the Christmas Hoilday. They did a GREAT JOB!
When ordering I had originally scheduled delivery for Sunday 12/22 but 15 minutes after I placed my order I got a call from customer service saying they couldn't find any florists in the area that would deliver on that date but I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a free upgrade on the arrangement I ordered! Great and friendly customer service!
