I thought I was saving 10 dollars by using google, however, I got to the final bill...it was 20 more dollars than advertised. Service & handling? 15 bucks? Really?

My sister said the flowers were beautiful! No one was home when they delivered the flowers, and they were left on their porch. Fortunately they didn't have to sit in the sun too long, or they would have been wilted! If they weren't at home, I assumed that they would call the number that they requested on the form.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
