Had to place order twice for it to go thru
Very quick and simple to order flowers to de delivered tomorrow, Christmas Eve, to my friend in California, from me in England.
I had these flowers sent to my mom for Christmas. I ordered them on I think Dec. 22nd and she received them on the 24th. She was very happy with them. Thank you very much! I will order again if I ever need flowers sent again.
Price was deceptive - The $** handling fee was not clear up front. Ended up spending more than I wanted to, and the quality of what was delivered was poor, the box was just dropped on the front step and sat out for a while. Fortunately, the flowers survived, what few of them there were. It was overall very disappointing and I am going to back ****Flowers
The type of flower quality were very poor not even close to the one in the picture that I pick.
I sent a flower piece to my Aunt for Christmas. I saw it last night when I went to visit and it did not look like the picture when I ordered it. For $** the center piece should have looked like the picture. I never had this experience when I use to use FTD. It was OK but not what I thought I ordered.
Did not arrive on the day I specified and paid extra for, also the arrangement was very cheap looking for the money I paid for it.
So far, so good! Just get them there tomorrow and I will be a repeat customer!:-)

Easy site to use and good prices
Simple to use. My order was for a combination of flowers, balloons and chocolates. The balloons and chocolates arrived before the flowers and the card, so mom did not know who they were from at first. Within an hour the flowers arrived with the card, so all was well. This is my second order with this company and I will use it again.
I was very disappointed that my order wasn't delivered on the date promised. However, the recipient was very pleased with the flowers when they finally arrived.
You forgot my box of candy and then refused to deliver them after that date. I would have been happy with a 3 day delivery of the candy and was going to pay more also. Customer service was very nice and this day has got to be a big day for you. Next time if you want to make the money on this day, prepare and or think about it a little more. You could make the money and keep the customers happy or a least coming back by excepting the next delivery day even if you charge a little more for it. I would have paid.

fromyouflowers.com had exactly what I wanted and I appreciated the options to add chocolates, flowers, a balloon, and a personal message. I found the shipping charges much too high and would not have completed the order if I had not gotten your offer of free shipping.
Two website suggestions: Add an "edit' feature to the shopping cart; and fix a glitch in writing the message, which disappeared several times while I was writing it.

I was happy with the cost of the bouquet, but I wasn't thrilled with the delivery cost or the fact that the lilies hadn't bloomed yet. However, now (a few days later) the bouquet is beautiful and we are happy with it.

Because I ordered the flowers on Christmas Eve I expected them to be delivered in late pm but came around 11 am. I was impressed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
