ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Not only were they not on time, but the "customer service", I say that loosely, blamed it on UPS. They stated the weather was the delay, but the area where I sent the flowers had no bad weather.
The arrangement literally sat in a UPS truck for 3 days less than 30 minutes from it's destination and they were delayed? That seems a little bit odd to me and seems like a scam. This company is HORRIBLE And doesn't live up to their guarantee AT ALL!
Holidays and other special occasions can sneak up on you and in a tight pinch I know I can rely on from you flowers. Its quick, easy, and reliable it doesn't get much better than that.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
