The ease of ordering was good. The level of customer service with FromYouFlowers was good. The issue was with the product. The floral arrangement I chose and the one that showed up were drastically different. It was roughly half the size of what I paid for and the actual flowers varied. This issue has already been resolved in the form of a gift certificate and a partial refund, but I am not certain I would use any 3rd party service to have flowers delivered at all after this experience.
Good except I thought the price was different(less) then what it said at the end so I had to go back and it was, finally gave up and just ordered them anyway.

I saw the basket on the website and read the reviews. The reviews said that it was the nicest basket out there. Thought I would give it a try. Anxious to find out if my future brother-in-law likes it.
Everything was nice except that the **.** fee for service and handling did not appear until the very last screen, after I put all my details in. Would be nice to know that beforehand. Otherwise, this was a top notch experience. The delivery was late because no one was home for the first attempted deliveries. I was called and emailed a status update and the delivery did come through. The communication was very much appreciated.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
