Went smoothly - waiting to see about quality and delivery.
The flowers were order on Monday for a Tuesday delivery. They sent a delivery confirmation on Tuesday@7:13; However, the person to receive them informed us they were not delivered. Now on Wednesday they were delivered. The delivery person state d that it was too dark to deliver last night@ 7:00. My question is why did they send a delivery confirmation knowing they were NOT delivered. If it's important enough to send flowers look somewhere else because these people lie! BTW they gave me a $10 coupon for another crappy experience!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
