I liked the categories...made shopping for what i want easier. I was NOT satisfied with the local florist. They delivered the wrong flowers later than the expedited i paid for and everyone's resolution was a new set of flowers. I tried you once more and I will never shop from you again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
