It would be nice to know the service charge up front
The flowers arrive on time. In the photo of the flowers that I ordered, the vase was purple to go along with the color of the flowers, but the vase in the delivered flowers was clear.
All in all, I was pleased with the service and the arrangement (I only saw a photo of the delivered flowers).
My wife loved the roses. She said there was not a blemish on any of them. A more professional looking card would have made them perfect, instead of just a plain paper.
Thought the handing charges were VERY HIGH! Shipping and handling costs was almost half of what I paid for the flowers. The order came two days after due date. Customer rep were very polite with trying to help me resovle the problem.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
