Hidden fees suck, was surprised by shipping cost
Beautiful flowers but they were smaller than expected for the price and compared to the image. There were fewer pink flowers than in the image, but my mom loved them and there were no issues.

I think it's a little early to rate the service as I just placed the order. These flowers were just ordered and are to be delivered on May 21st.

I was more than satisfied with the price of the actual item, but in order to get it delivered the next day, the delivery fee was rather high, but willing to pay it to surprise my granddaughter. She did not receive her surprise, which I sent to her school, but it was not because of it not be delivered on time. It was an oversight at the school. However, I did contact your customer service via email and got a very quick response with complete information that I was able to track down the actual problem. Overall, your service was super!
I ordered the flowers on Sunday for Sunday delivery. After the order was processed I was contacted to inform me that the delivery could not be made until Monday.
