Hard to say how good this site is, without seeing the product. And I am a little uncomfortable with sending a 'green plant" without knowing what type of green plant it is going to be.
And now the 'green plant was received" and I am embarrassed. When I was asked what type of plant it was, I can say its a GREEN one. It has no family, genus or species.
And i had to call your company to find out how to care for it.
I thought I had a recognizable name. Like "philodendron, peace lilly, parlor palm... fungus?
But its a GREEN Plant

I think everything was very nice except for the $15 charge for service and handling at the end. It would have been nice to know up front and then I could have made a better comparison of costs. The flowers arrived on time and were very nice.

The shopping and online ordering were great even the flowers themselves when they eventually arrived look great. I'm not sure who the local shop is that was used for my order, but when you pay for express service "within 4 hours" and almost 7 hours later the flowers arrive... Why did I pay for express service when I clearly didn't get that.
The selection of flowers available were astonishing. I was looking for iris and there were plentiful colors to choose from. I like the idea that the flowers could be sent both with or without a vase.
I didn't appreciate the handling charges. Those should have been included in the prices. Good thing I had a discount. That ate up some of the extra charges.
The arrangement was supposed to be a heavy lavendar arrangement. There were a few lavendar blooms, but heavily green and yellow

Again my order was a day late. My granddaughter will never be 10 again! Order early the 20th for same day delivery, paid the extra charges.
Late afternoon received email that my order did not go out for they could not find a florist to fill! Very sad experience. Make sure they can get it out.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
