Site was easy and selection good. Service/Handling charges are high but satisfaction guaranty is excellent. I had issues with first arrangement delivered but they stood behind their guaranty and made sure another florist redid the entire arrangement and redelivered it the next day. The second arrangement was beautiful and was truly loved and appreciated by the receipient.
A lot of hidden costs added in at the end...unsatisfactory.

I sent the flowers to my daughter and they were a day late but I was notified that they would be the next day, thank-you and from the picture my daughter loved them posted on facebook they looked beautiful. The only one thing that irritated me was the 14.99 delivery fee. I felt like when somethings says there on sale on the first page then to get to check out and it almost 20 more than what the orignial price was. I do realize they all do that fee though. Seems like a chump to me espicially when the flowers came from Merrillvilla Indiana. That why the lady that called me said they had to find a florest in Merrillvilla.
The arrangement was sent to my Great Aunt as a get well gift.She was so surprised and commented about how beautiful they were!

I had such a hard time finding a reasonable price for flowers online which is why I selected some then left the website to try & find other deals. I was quite surprised to find in my email the following day an offer for free shipping! I was very pleased and placed the order! With the savings, I was able to order a vase. I will definitely be recommending to friends & family and liking on facebook when I have a chance!
My sister received the flowers and said they're the loveliest she has ever received. I was a bit disappointed that they were not exactly the brilliant "Orange Sorbet" flowers, but she said they were beautiful and full-blossomed peach colored roses and she loved them. Overall, very satisfied.

Good experience so far and was told by past recipient the arrangement was beautiful. Competitive prices on products. Only negative would be that shipping charges are not disclosed until the end of the check out process. Also, once an item is added, you are not able to go back and make changes to the size or the card message- you have to delete the item and start over again. That is kind of a pain.
Trying to order flowers for my girlfriend in another country, was difficult to find the site and the details.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
