Was easy to do. I received a call from my friend who received the flowers and she was very happy. I gave the price 3 stars, because I thought the delivery fee plus the extra fee for same day delivery was too high.

I ordered a gift for a friend who was staying in a hotel waiting for word on her first grandchild's surgery. They are from NC. Her family traveled there before the birth due to a rare in utero issue. The gift was for her birthday. She loved it. I so appreciate your quick delivery and the hotel helping me do this for her.

Ordered flowers on Thursday 3/12 at 2:00 pm and paid for same day delivery. The flowers did not arrive on 3/12 and still had not arrived by 11:00 AM Friday 3/13. Called customer service. After 10 to 15 minutes on hold the rep finally said the first order had been rejected by the first florist and was in limbo. I believe if I had not called nothing would have happened with the order. Service rep said he would give the order to another florist that would guarantee same day delivery on 3/13. He did as he said. I was very disappointed with the arrangement that was delivered. Instead of the Peach Roses and white lilies in the website picture we got carnations and no roses or lilies that I could see. I'm totally dissatisfied with your follow through and the quality of the product. I will never use or recommend using your service again.
An easy way to order, Additional fees were a little high and when converted to our weak Canadian dollar ended up costing me $108.00! Not your fault, I know.
