The flowers were delivered on time but they are wilted and not very appealing!
I appreciate how easy the process was.
Its difficult ordering flowers and having them sent. I used Payal so I would not have to worry about city, state etc as I live in England. Still got a drop down menu asking for state so I had to select other.
My mother said the flowers were lovely and she did say that some of the chocolates had melted but that is to be expected as she says it was a hot day.
It was very helpful using Paypal.

While the flowers did not arrive before noon as expected, an email sent to customer service was promptly answered and they arrived not much over an hour later. Overall, a good price and a good experience.
The flowers did not get there until a half hour later, but they got there so it's a complete big deal
At the end of the check-out process, we are given the opportunity to edit the order. There was no way to edit the message on the gift card without starting over and losing all the shipping and charging data I had already entered, so I had to leave the message on the card as it was.
I heard from the recipient of the flowers that the arrangement was gorgeous, with wonderful tulips and lilies and a very nice basket whose handled was covered with heather. I was pleased to hear that the flower basket was so well received.
