Flowers took a very long time to be delivered, in spite of having paid the early delivery fee, and after calling customer services repeatedly. When the flowers finally arrived, they were not like the picture at all. I am disappointed.

The handling fees are way too expensive and not disclosed properly or early enough in the process. It should be visible much earlier, instead it makes us feel trapped and tricked into buying something we already spent so much time preparing. That's not a good practice.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
