The flowers were delivered to a hospital room in a timely manner and they were beautiful. While ordering it seemed the price changed from the beginning page to the selected page. When looking at the same website on two different computers, the prices were different.

However YOU will NOT Get what your ordered.
Customer service agent - "Rose" was rude, and did not listen to me. The background yelling made it obvious this is not a professional business. I overpaid for the product and did not get what was ordered. Was given the opportunity to have a new order delivered (defeating the purpose of the surprise), then offered 20% refund to my card and a $25.00 gift card for a future purpose. I told the customer service agent I would not be ordering from them again, she didn't seem to be concerned about my satisfaction. Said she will credit the 20% to the card (even with 20% still overpaid for something that looks NOTHING like what I ordered. Wish I could post photos - you would be just as shocked. Will return to ProFlowers.com
