Easy and the flowers are beautiful. I was just disappointed that I did not get the Same Day Delivery.

I ordered flowers for my daughter 4 days prior to her birthday. I received an email they were delivered but when I asked my daughter she said she did not receive flowers and that was confirmed by door bell camera that no one made a delivery at the time stated. After 3 long phone calls to Fromyouflowers that same day they would not arrange the delivery and said it would be Monday. Guess what? No flowers Monday or ever. Another phone call and they would not give me a refund.

The "handling fee" was a bit of a surprise. Maybe add that in before check out. It didn't deter me from purchasing, but would have been nice to know before I hit that point.
When the order was received, it seemed a LOT smaller than it showed on the picture. Lots of small bags of chips and only a couple pieces of fruit. I was expecting a lot more fruit. Very disappointed. Lesson learned.
My dad sent me a photo of the actual flowers delivered. They are a far cry from the photo shown. This is terrible.
