The customer service was Awesome.
Ordering was simple and efficient. Flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. Delivery charge was a bit expensive.
I had to change the delivery address, which they told me was fine. But then they didn't send the flowers to the correct address. They could have called me or the recipient to clarify the address but instead they took it to the original address. And they didn't deliver them until 5:30 at night. I also don't feel like the quality was what I paid for.
When I talked to my sister and she told me the flowers that were in the bouquet, I was rather surprised because that is not the picture presented when I ordered. I was hoping for longer lasting flowers, but happy she got color (tulips and roses) in her bouquet. She was wondering what the purple flowers were. I had thought about a plant instead but those did not have enough color to suit me for this occasion.
This is the deluxe basket I ordered and received an awful little basket. Highly disappointing.
I originally wanted these delivered on Wednesday (selecting same day delivery item) and I received an email afterwards stating that due to the remoteness of the area, they couldn't find a florist to deliver and I needed to select another set; different then the original, and it could be delivered the next day. I wanted these flowers delivered on Wednesday because of a death in the family and was very disappointed when this delivery could not be made. I have used this website in the past and was most pleased but this experience was terribly disappointing!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
