Well at first I thought this company was awesome. Then come to find out one of my daughters still had to wait an additional day for her flowers and I was charged $2.99 for same day delivery. I did get a $12 credit but it needs to be used within two weeks so really of no use to me. I should just get a $12 refund to my account that would really make me happy.

PLACED AN ORDER FOR MOTHERS DAY AND THE BOUQUET SHE RECEIVED WAS MISSING THE MAIN FLOWER, NO REPLACEMENT FLOWER WAS ADDED. SO THIS TIME WE'LL SEE IF YOUR FLORIST DOES THE SAME THING OR IF THEY GET IT RIGHT THIS TIME.

I ordered flowers on Thursday to be delivered to my Mom on Friday for Mother's Day. I got a call from the company saying that the flowers would not be able to be delivered until Monday, but that they would upgrade my order, send an apology note to my Mom, and gave a $15.00 gift certificate. Fine. The flowers did not arrive on Monday either, I tried several times to call the number for customer service and was put on hold each time for awhile, then got a recording saying the call volume was unusually high and to visit the website, then got hung up on. Today is Tuesday as of right now my Mom still has not received her flowers. I was finally able to reach someone. She told me she did not know why they said the flowers would be delivered Monday that they wouldn't be able to have them delivered until today. Then she asked me did I want the delivered today, well yeah! Supposedly they will be delivered to my mom within the hour and I will receive a confirmation call. After seeing the reviews on here, I am not so sure. I wish I had read the reviews on this sight before ordering from them, I have not seen one good review yet. Lesson learned, from now I think I will check reviews before I order from a sight that is new to me.

I ordered flowers for my mom for mother's day and they were never delivered! The company was unable to locate a florist, instead scheduled a delivery on Saturday. Once again, flowers were never deliverd on Saturday, WTF! Whoe does this s#*t! At this point, I AM beyond furious and this is beyond inconvenience! This company should not be doing business at all! Terrible service and i will NOT EVER use this company EVER again!.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
