When I attempted to place another order to be delivered 5/24, the price, from $19.00 changed to $29.00, making it necessary for me to cancel the order since adding shipping charges and handling, the price rose to $38.00. Too expensive for me. Thank you.
Very user friendly
Ordered a next day shipment. It didn't get there in time. It was a time sensitive order for my mother's one and only 50th birthday. She will not return to the location where flowers were delivered until next week, far too late. When the flowers did arrive, her co-workers sent me the photo. They were not even close to representative of the photo that I ordered. I called the customer service line and they told me that I needed to contact UPS. The issue I have with this is that I PAID From You Flowers to complete the service. I had no choice whether or not I used UPS, so it shouldn't have been my issue to contact the parcel service. From You Flowers was only willing to give me a 15% refund, which is a poor policy if you ask me. I didn't recieve the service I was guaranteed in the time frame that was guaranteed, and now they won't give me money back. I will never recomment From You Flowers to anyone, nor will I use them again myself.
