Delivery was made when I requested! Great service & follow up to make sure it was delivered.
The price was a little higher than anticipated once shipping/handling fees were added in, but it was doe a good cause. Everything else, customer service agent & delivery time is very satisfied
I don't like how this website, and all flower websites, don't let you know the total price with shipping until you have filled in all the payment info. Not consumer friendly.

The shopping experience was wonderful. Being able to order these online saved me a lot of time. However, I was disappointed in how the actual bouquet turned out. I believe that mainly had to do with the florist shop it came from. When I contacted fromyourflowers, they were very prompt and courteous in getting back to me, and I was able to get a discount on the product.
There should be a tool that let's us track where our flowers are at any moment.
