Appreciated the waiving of the delivery charge
Many of the lilies in the arrangement lost their petals almost immediately. Their quality was inadequate. The arrangement would have otherwise been excellent.

My delivery had to be delayed due to wildfires...which I am not debating is out of the control of many people.
However, when I was shown pictures of the tulips that I paid $60 for I was not impressed since many of them seemed to have already bloomed completely and were already hanging to the sides of the vase.
I would have appreciated knowing that despite the delay the order could have been redone to ensure the flowers would last.
I am waiting to hear how the recipients feel about their flowers, before I use your services again. However, I am happy to know that your same day delivery service exists and I hope that the items delivered meet my expectations.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
