THE SERVICE/HANDLING FEE WAS A SURPRISE, BUT I HAVE ORDERED ANYWAY.
Deliver was guaranteed and was three hours late. Quality was horrible. I was embarrassed by the bouquet. I could have gotten nicer flowers at the grocery store. After multiple bad experiences, I will never use your company again, and will learn people away. I normally do not even bother with reviews when I have a bad experience, but you need to know how absolutely unacceptable your service is.
Honestly? I am not real happy spending $14.99 for handling fees considering I am spending almost $65.00 on the flowers itself. Slightly disappointed and that is the only reason I gave marks off for "shopping experience" and how likely I am to purchase form you in the future.
So far go good, lets wait and see when everything arrives.

On my second order, which I placed the day before I wanted it delivered, it stated that my order would be delivered before noon the following day and it did not arrive until 2:30.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
