My sister and I ordered flowers for Mothers Day and they were never delivered! We called customer service and they told us that the flowers would arrive a bit later but never came. After 3 different excuses they finally told us that the florist never printed the confirmation so they were never coming to begin with. I should have received a phone call informing me of this information but never did. I would NOT order from this business.
Overall it was a good experience. It did come smaller than what I thought it would be, since I picked the medium size

I order an arrangement for my Mother for Mother's Day, to be delivered to her on Sunday at work, only to get an email stating that the deliver has been changed to Saturday... uh, no she's not even at work on Saturdays!
So I call and cancel the order, should have been taken care or right? WRONG. I get an email stating that her flowers have just been delivered... after I canceled the order. So I call customer service to question this and what am I told?
Sorry, you did cancel it and the delivery was a mistake on our part, the florist will be back tomorrow to pick them back up! WTF! My Mother is going to get to work, be surprised by her co-workers handing her flowers from me, only to have a florist come to 'repo' them a few hours later!
That is a really $#*!ed up thing for this company to do to an Mother on Mother's Day! For a situation that was THEIR fault!
I will NEVER again use your services and I will tell everyone I know about the awful way this situation was handled!
And, to add to the previous experience, I also put a different order in for an out of state delivery for my Mother in Law. I got a conformation of delivery email on the date they were supposed to be delivered (Friday). Spoke to my Mother in Law today and she said that they were NEVER delivered!
2 different orders, both majorly messed up! I figured that at least one of them would be correct!

I ordered a floral arrangement for my wife from this site. The arrangement that was delivered was nothing like the picture on the web page. What they sent was pretty, but not something my wife would like, hence the reason I ordered the arrangement that was pictured. Won't use these guys again, can't trust you'll get what you've paid for!
The flowers we small and I ordered the top price category. There was no bow and the basket did not look anything like the pictures on-line. For the price I paid, I expected the flowers to look much better. This is the second time I have been disappointed. The first time I forgave as just a busy time but this time I was very disappointed. It was my parents anniversary and I was a little embarrassed with what they received. My mother told me not to bother using your site again!

When I originally placed my order for my daughter to receive for Mothers Day, I checked the incorrect delivery date.when I noticed my error.I called Customer Service and was told that the delivery date could not be changed.so I re ordered another gift to be delivered on the Friday before Mothers Day.and that the original order would be delivered the following week after Mothers Day.I called my daughter to see if the second order was received only to be told that BOTH orders had been received...talk about a "happy camper" that I was! Thank you Customer Service for going that extra mile.very much appreciated! Cudos to this company! Carolyn Balcerzak
I would give 0 stars if possible. I was looking for a better deal than some of the popular sites becuse the service/delivery fee is ridiculous there. At from you flowers, they offered a bouquet at $50, free delivery and waived service fee. I'd never heard about this site, but I figured Id give it a try, and ordered a week early. Mistake. The ordering process was great, selection was great. But what they delivered was not even close to what I ordered. I got a table assembled, shoved in vase, $10 "bouquet". Wrong flowers included, wrong vase, wrong colors. The included card was so faded, my mother couldnt read it. Their customer service responded within the hour of the complaint, said theyd re-deliver next day free of charge. Then I got an email early asking me to call. Basically, I got a runaround, demanded refund and finally got it. Now my mom has one of the ugliest vases of flowers ive ever seen, and I'm embarrassed and frustrated, I cannot get a different delivery there in time now. Dont use these guys, its not worth the frustration.
Ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day and they assured me they were delivered at 2pm. My mother NEVER received the flowers. Do they think I don't talk to my mother? They took forever to respond to e-mails and if you call the phone number to chew out a PERSON, you are on hold forEVER and eventually give up. I sent several e-mails and finally received an answer that they will refund my money but don't give out their florists' names for confidentiality reasons. THAT IS BOGUS!
This company is awful! I ordered the lavender bliss arrangement for my mother, to be delivered on Mother's day. Paid extra for shipping and handling, and instead they sent it to her 2 days early... and sent the WRONG arrangement! The one I ordered had roses, and star gazer lilies. The one she got had 2 roses, and a bunch of green leaves. It was a pathetic, sorry looking arrangement... considering what I paid for and thought she was going to receive! I called the customer service number, and explained what happened. They advised me that they would try to get the right arrangement sent the next day, but if the vendor that made it wouldn't agree to redo it, then they would have to try to find someone else. But, that was not a guarantee that it could/would be done. Talk about furious. We shall see what they try to send tomorrow, if they send anything at all! Otherwise, I will be disputing the charges with my bank!
Do yourself a favor, and pay the extra money and buy from a better company! Or better yet, deliver them yourself! Either way steer clear of these scammers!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
