The only thing I was not too crazy about was the fact that you do not know what the service/handling fee is until you review your order. However, customer service was exceptional.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
