FIRST TIME USING YOU...SO FAR SITE WAS EASY TO USE...florist seem to have an issue making the order look like I picked...I had chosen premium and from the pictures I received from my relative I got basic.
So called and complained to customer service (which was very helpful) and another arraignment was sent from another florist.

The flowers were great! However, my sister did not receive them on her birthday because they were delivered so late in the day - They arrived after she left after 4:00 PM. I was disappointed. I wanted her to enjoy them on her special day. They were on her desk when she got to work this morning. (Which was after the fact).
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
