It is a scam when you throw in the shipping cost on the very last step. $14.99 on a $23.00 order is a rip off. Not only will I not use you again, I will remind all of my friends(who often send arrangements since we are all so far away from one another) never to use your site. I chose you originally because of your reasonable prices and for the small fee you charged me for same day delivery. To tack on a $14.99 fee on the last step is outrageous and from someone who works in Customer Service, it is bad business. I am extremely disappointed.
My first experience of a very timely delivery of flowers to Hawaii---amidst the commotion of a Presidential visit...made me come back to order again.
Most recent order went well, arrived on time at the funeral home and I got to see that it looked like the picture displayed on line.

I asked for flowers to be delivered Wed. June 4. I received an email confirmation that they were delivered. My sister did not receive her flowers until Friday June 6. A little disturbing that I received confirmation of delivery and they didn't arrive for 2 days.Thank you for delivering them!
I ordered flowers and paid extra for them to be delivered by 12pm for someone's last day of work. At least that is what I was told on the phone. When I sent a complaint, the online customer service told me I did not order anything additional and they couldn't guarantee delivery. Which is it?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
