I only had one issue and that was with the time my order was delivered. I marked that it was being delivered to a business and it said that it would be delivered during business hours, it was delivered after 5pm. Most business hours are 9am to 5pm. Other than that, everything else was great. The flowers were beautiful and the cost was very reasonable.
The info I gave to indicate who the flowers were from and an endearment to my wife of 60 years was not atttached to the flowers

Quick and easy although it doesn't cater for addresses overseas - I am from Australia and had to put "other" which is bizarre! Hope my order works!

I sen them to my daughter. She loved them.
Since I did not send the arrangement to myself, I didn't see it and can only base my rating on what the recipient said. She said it was lovely, but I have no way of knowing if it was or if she was simply being polite. Therefore, I chose a neutral rating.
The flowers that I ordered were delivered on time. After talking with the recipient I found that they were beautiful and appreciated.
