There was a issue with my order I paid extra for a earlier delivery time and there was supposed to be a balloon but it was delivered late and missing the balloon. I contacted the customer service line and got immediate results. The flowers were very beautiful but they missed the person it was supposed to go to so she will be receiving them tomorrow.
My granddaughter called me as soon as the flowers arrived and she was so excited. She said they were beautiful! Thank you so much for helping me make her day special.
The customer service was wonderful! Not only was the woman sweet and helpful as can be, but I had a timing issue with the person I was delivering to (she wasn't home without my knowledge) so the customer service rep called the delivery person and asked them to call and give them to a neighbor instead of leaving them unattended. She was so patient with me while I got the number etc... My friend that received them said they were BEAUTIFUL and fresh flowers!

I never received my order because I had to CANCEL it due to a failure to deliver as ordered, promised, discussed and PAID for.
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter at school on the day of her 8th grade graduation. I paid extra to have guaranteed delivery between 9-12. At 1 p.m. I called because the flowers were NOT delivered. They said the flowers were on the truck and refunded the extra fee. At 5:15 p.m. the flowers were allegedly STILL on the truck and had NOT been delivered and I was FORCED to cancel delivery because my daughter had to leave the house for graduation.
I will NEVER use this company again and I would advise no one else to either until they can get their business practices straight.
Oh, they did process my refund immediately so I guess that's a positive. If there was a way to give NO stars, I would.

Went great. Wish there was a more definite delivery window because recipient of flowers was not home at time of delivery.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
