Lots of beautiful choices. Easy enough website to negotiate however, would be more user friendly if instead of just a remove button on review page it had an edit button that allowed you to switch size and/or add more products.
Paid for same day delivery and extra for within 4 hours of order. The florist couldn't complete the order and didn't contact anyone until the next day. After receiving a phone call from From You Flowers, the customer rep on callback argued with me that I was contacted by phone and e-mail even when I said I hadn't been. Turned out another rep had put that in from get trying to contact me that morning (the other rep didn't read the notes) and I received the email after I got off the phone with the callback rep. The second rep (original not my callback) contacted me and did what she could to rectify the problem.
Not entirely the company's fault the order wasn't delivered like it was supposed to but maybe a little more follow up with the local florists if you make a promise to deliver but don't follow thru to make sure it happens. Refund was given for same day and express but still a bit iffy on using the service again.
My mom did love the begonia, when she received it a day late.
Flowers arrived as promised and looked identical to the online pictures. Card was well typed with no errors. Flowers arrived within a sufficient amount of time from placing the order. Overall a great experience, I will definitely use you guys again when I need to order more. Thanks

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
