On your website you ask the customer what date do they wish to have the order delivered... IF the Florist changes from that DATE WHY doesn't Anyone Contact the customer and inform them of the Change and tell them WHY?

What I ordered was different than what was delivered. I ordered a balloon bouquet with 3 mylar balloons and 5 latex balloons and instead my husband received flowers and 2 mylar balloons and 3 latex balloons. The flowers were nice but I really didn't want to give him flowers. It did make up for the missing balloons though so it seemed fair at least. Just a bit interesting.

Contact with customer service was pleasant and professional even though problem was not their fault (delivery was completed promptly but hospital lost bouquet). Bouquet was finally located and exceeded expectations - highly recommend!
