On your website you ask the customer what date do they wish to have the order delivered... IF the Florist changes from that DATE WHY doesn't Anyone Contact the customer and inform them of the Change and tell them WHY?

What I ordered was different than what was delivered. I ordered a balloon bouquet with 3 mylar balloons and 5 latex balloons and instead my husband received flowers and 2 mylar balloons and 3 latex balloons. The flowers were nice but I really didn't want to give him flowers. It did make up for the missing balloons though so it seemed fair at least. Just a bit interesting.
Where did the additional Service and handling charge come from?
Easy online selection, fast checkout and payment process. Immediate follow-up email confirmation. Contact with customer service was pleasant and professional even though problem was not their fault (delivery was completed promptly but hospital lost bouquet). Bouquet was finally located and exceeded expectations - highly recommend!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
