The flower arrangement advertized on the website is much more full of flowers and beautiful than what was delivered. What was actually delivered looked nothing like what was advertized. It was filled with a bunch of cheep, green filler and not that many flowers. A bouquet from Safeway looks better than what was delivered. I certainly will not be using this flower delivery service again. I feel like I was completely ripped off- bait and switch.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
