Thank you for the deals! Yall make it easy for me to buy flowers overseas and im very happy that you have the state "AE" in the drop down list. Not many sites recognize a military address, thank you! 17Jul2014: my bestie recieved the arrangement and she absolutely loved it! The lilies werent fully bloomed yet but thats ok because she said she wants to see them bloom in a few days. She also sent me a pic and i was suprised how big it was considering i bought the smallest one. Overall i feel like i got my moneys worth and very satisfied :)

Flowers were inexpensive, but after ordering, found out there were hidden charged - $15 for a handling fee with an additional $3 for same-day delivery, totaling an outrageous $18.00 of hidden fees. Really?

Would be nice to see the shipping and handling fee up front, plus the "discount" is very misleading since it is taken away in the end at checkout when you are not a google account customer. Very disappointed in this.

Today is 7/17 - the top part of this was written on 07/15. I am asked again to contact customer service if they didn't contact me. I thought this website was so concerned about my satisfaction since according to their website they were going to contact me right after I ordered. Guess not. Ignoring a complaint doesn't make it go away, it actually intensifies the feeling of "I will never order from you guys again". My aunt loved the flowers, I am glad since they were most certainly not on the cheap side. But it still doesn't change the fact that your prices on the website are misleading, the delivery charge is very high, there was a wrong balloon attached to the order and the delivery person returned on their own with the right balloon. Thank you, but NO thank you.
