Today is 7/17 - the top part of this was written on 07/15. I am asked again to contact customer service if they didn't contact me. I thought this website was so concerned about my satisfaction since according to their website they were going to contact me right after I ordered. Guess not. Ignoring a complaint doesn't make it go away, it actually intensifies the feeling of "I will never order from you guys again". My aunt loved the flowers, I am glad since they were most certainly not on the cheap side. But it still doesn't change the fact that your prices on the website are misleading, the delivery charge is very high, there was a wrong balloon attached to the order and the delivery person returned on their own with the right balloon. Thank you, but NO thank you.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
