Everything about your shopping experience was great, including the fact that you tried to deliver the flowers and no one was home and then you went back after i told you someone was home. I was very impressed by that. My disappointment was in the flowers themselves. I bought the "premium" option and was surprised to see how little it was. It was nicely done, but there wasn't much to it.
