Everything about your shopping experience was great, including the fact that you tried to deliver the flowers and no one was home and then you went back after i told you someone was home. I was very impressed by that. My disappointment was in the flowers themselves. I bought the "premium" option and was surprised to see how little it was. It was nicely done, but there wasn't much to it.

Since I'm using PayPal, there was no reason to provide you with credit card billing information, but I could not complete the order without supplying it. I very much object to this.
Came in a box. Pink roses instead of purple. Flowers were smashed and had to be fixed and arranged. Not satisfied in how the flowers and shipped and packaged.
Would have like to have seen an example bouquet.
