Shipping charges should be upfront, not at the end after you put in the order! Flowers were just left on doorstep! Delivery person did not even ring doorbell and people were home at the time. Flowers could have been left outside overnight and frozen due to this.

I was so glad to get this order delivered to two different people at assisting living homes. I tried with a few other companies but, it was going to take over a week. These elderly people are confined to their apartment due keeping them safe from the coronavirus and I wanted to brighten their day. It did just that. Both called and raved about how wonderful they were.
The site was easy to use and good selection. Over all experience was good. Customer service was nice and helpful. I just had a bit of a scare when the order was marked delivered online but hadn't yet. It did end up delivered approximately an hour or so after it was marked. I think maybe the florist marked the order as completed vs on the way or something by mistake. Had the order not delivered, customer service was very helpful and was going to make sure a replacement was sent. That did not end up being necessary and my mom was very happy with the flowers, balloons and bear that arrived.

The flowers are not anything like i ordered there were to be Sunflowers in the bouquet and there were none. Very disappointed and not happy at all. There was not one flower that was in the picture in this bouquet. I know i see these same flowers now in the stores, so it's not like they are out of season for this time of year. I would like a full refund so far as i am concerned..
Perhaps there just wasn't much to choose from because of lack of deliveries or something. I ended up paying 45$ for a tiny bouquet of not very lovely flowers...not particularly well designed or colorful...oh, well, perhaps someone was sick...I've had very good outcomes in the past. Be well & safe.
