I was pleasantly surprised it was delivered when it was. The recipient sent me a picture and it matched vendors picture! Nice job!

Delivery time was accurate. I am disappointed with the flowers. I upgraded and the flowers were pictured in a pretty rectangular glass vase. My daughter's flowers came in an inexpensive round vase. The kind I get at the dollar store. I expected more for $62
Two blooms were starting to bloom and there was a lot of the white filler flower. This is my first order and you guys really did not impress me. In the future I will use my local florist and go in person, corona virus or not!
Flowers were gift for my daughter. She said that they were beautiful. I initially clicked in the site because you advertise $19.99 flowers. Sure didn't see any for that price. Good marketing on your part. They were pretty, tho.

Our flowers were sent to the wrong house and put on the outside deck. There was conversation via chat that the delivery had to go through the security gate that was opened for delivery. This was a get well bouquet and my 82 year old sick mother had to go on a search to find these flowers.
I will never again order Florist's Choice. I should have ordered my first impression- Blue Skies. I This bouquet is smaller than I would have liked for the upgraded price I paid- not one rose and a bunch of cheap carnations and mums in basket.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
