Placed an order to be delivered sunday, got an email about the florist not being able to fill the order sunday so they changed it to sameday (saturday). That florist did not deliver the order at all on saturday. Called cust. Service and was assuredcthat the florist would have it there by 2pm Monday. Amazing customer service, the associate handled the screw up very well. It was the florists fault not foryouflowers so will definitely use again

Quick, easy the customer service at fromyouflowers was great, however the florist you all got for the Flagstaff, AZ area not so great. No delivery to an area where my daughter lives and I pd for morning delivery but did not get delivery in the morning nor did she receive the correct order(not the flowers I ordered). Also she had left from work, they still left the flowers and when she did get them, the balloons were deflated and some of the flowers were wilted.
I also had some delivered in Killeen, TX. These were beautiful and arrived on time. Very satisfied with that delivery.

There should be photos of the different levels of bouquets, (i.e. Regular, deluxe, and premium). The delivery time was amazing and the bouquet looked great (not exactly like the photo and the vase pictured did not come as advertised, so that was a bummer) but overall good product. The price for the product however, was steep and more than I expected by the time I checked out.

I was happy with the different options on the website. I just hope that my friend gets the flowers i actually purchased. The reason for this comment is because in the past i purchased some flowers online and the person got something different than what I bought. It was a bad experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
