There should be photos of the different levels of bouquets, (i.e. Regular, deluxe, and premium). The delivery time was amazing and the bouquet looked great (not exactly like the photo and the vase pictured did not come as advertised, so that was a bummer) but overall good product. The price for the product however, was steep and more than I expected by the time I checked out.

Ordering was quick and easy. I was a bit disappointed as site said if ordered before 3:00 pm delivery area it would be same day. It did not allow me to pick the day as it was Saturday but did show Sunday delivery available. That was not the case. However I did appreciate the phone call from rep asking me if I still wanted to keep my order for delivery on Monday.
Easy site to use. Flowers were delivered on the same day as my order within a few hours. The recipient had recently returned home from the hospital and the quick delivery boosted her spirit.
This was a last minute gift for my best friend's daughter. That is the only reason i ordered. I will not be ordering again. Thanks

Very easy forms to complete. Love that flowers can be delivered today. We just learned the good news.
When I started the order, I was hoping to send the flowers on the same day. There were links under the photos of some of the arrangements that looked like they were for same day delivery, but I was not able to activate them or find an option for delivery on Saturday.
I work with travel nurses. I sent one flowers. The order did not arrive on the Thursday it was supposed to. I heard from customer service and they said it would be there Friday. The order arrived Saturday.
Working with so many nurses across the country I just can't afford to go with anyone who can't deliver on time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
