I had to call in to confirm my order was going to be delivered that day. They said within 30 minutes once I called. It still was not there at 3:30- 2 hours later. My folks had already left by then.
It was easy to maneuver around the website. It would helpful to see a picture of the best value bouquets and the different size arrangements. My niece received the flowers and thought it was a really cute arrangement - she was surprised and really liked it. She sent me a picture of it and the only con I see is that I paid for the medium size bouquet and it seemed a little small. Most of the flowers had bloomed already so I'm not sure how long it will last.
The only thing i was not happy with,was the added cost at the end which was not told to me before it was already process at check out time.14.99 for handing. For a item that started out small prize of 59.99 ended up close to
A $100.I was not happy with that.But everything else was good...You should show all hidden prize's before information of payment is ask for i was lucky i had the founds at that moment to proceed with the process.

Very good service, but the gift was a far cry from what was shown on the website
Simple but handling and delivery fees are almost as much as the flowers. Customer service couldn't tell me if the flowers were delivered on time or not. The flowers did arrive on time.

Through Insperity's Marketplace, is was difficult to find a particular company, and then once I had entered all the information for my order, it appeared all the information had been deleted and was gone. Then I realized there was a new pop up requesting the billing information.
Quick, easy, same-day delivery guarantee, great prices. How much better can that get?
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
